Background and History

Welcome to Circulo Hotel Inc., where we bring our vision of creating a vibrant place to celebrate your events in Roxas City to life. Our journey began with the transformation of a hill into a dynamic events venue and restaurant. Formerly known as El Circulo Convention Center and Circulo Resorts Inc., we launched our first catering service on August 12, 2012, and quickly evolved to meet the growing needs of our community. In 2013, we introduced Café Terraza, an outdoor dining destination with breathtaking hilltop views reminiscent of Tagaytay. Starting with a single cabana, it expanded to 15 cabanas and became a favorite for its Filipino heritage dishes and Capiz’s finest specialties. In February 2020, we launched Cocina de Pueblo, celebrating Spanish and Italian culinary traditions brought to Panay Island during the Galleon Trade era. Specializing in heritage cuisine, it adds a unique cultural flavor to our offerings. At the core of our business is the Circulo Convention Center, a versatile convention center for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events, weddings, and other special celebrations.
